A cyanotype kit combines the key materials for blue cyanotype printing, but the contents vary by size, number of prints and user experience level.

Check whether the kit contains cyanotype chemicals or pre-coated material and whether paper, brush, measuring tool, transparency or contact plate are included. Look at the estimated print capacity and maximum size. For a workshop, repeatability and sufficient material for test prints are more important than many different accessories.
Plan the first print as a test
Read the instructions completely before mixing or coating and protect light-sensitive material from UV light until exposure. First make a test strip to match the sun, UV source, negative and rinse time. Check which chemicals, paper types or accessories can be added separately later, so that you can continue working after the first kit.
