Use and application

Goldfinger can be used for everything from restoring antiques to gilding photo frames; Or for stencils, plaster, clay or wood decoration, frames for imitation ormol furniture, textiles, leather, plastics, model making and greeting cards. Easy to use, Goldfinger is simply applied with a soft cloth or finger and can be polished to a fine shine after a short time. It produces a truly professional finish without marks of metal particles or stains. For complex work, Goldfinger can be diluted with white spirit or turpentine and applied with a brush. To maintain the shine, Goldfinger can be treated with Goldfinger Varnish. It is very economical in use - a little Goldfinger goes a long way. Takes best on porous or slightly sanded surfaces. Intended for decorative gilding and metallic accents. Prepare the surface carefully and choose size, bole, metal leaf or flakes, and any finish as one compatible system. Test colour, adhesion and sheen on a sample first and follow the product-specific directions.
