Meet the StudioKing SK-BD420, a silver-colored beauty dish with a diameter of 42 cm. It comes with essential accessories like a honeycomb grid, diffuser cloth, and reflector. The perfect tool to photograph people beautifully. Its wide spread with high contrast brings out the finest details of your subject, such as subtle skin tones and muscle definition. Unlike a white beauty dish, the silver finish highlights details even more effectively.
Key features of the StudioKing SK-BD420
- Silver finish for optimal detail rendering
- Includes honeycomb grid for precise light control
- Diffuser cloth for soft, diffused light
- Reflector for even light distribution
- Compatible with various flash brands using optional adapter rings
How does it all work? Inside the beauty dish, you simply attach the reflector to three rods, which beautifully reflect and spread the light. The honeycomb grid helps direct the flash, while the diffuser cloth softens the light. Although adapter rings are optional, they’re a must-have if you want to use the StudioKing SK-BD420 with different flash brands.
The StudioKing beauty dish is versatile in use. Thanks to optional adapter rings, you can easily connect the SK-BD420 to many brands like Bowens, Broncolor, Elinchrom, Falcon Eyes, Hensel, Multiblitz, and Linkstar. Save money by not having to buy original accessories; just choose adapter rings with a diameter of 152 mm or 144 mm. Ideal for portrait and fashion photography!
This universal beauty dish is essential for photographers who want to illuminate faces or bodies of models in a truly flattering way. Suitable for use with various flashes, the SK-BD420 is especially popular for portraits and fashion shoots. Remember the rule: the greater the distance to your subject, the larger the beauty dish you should use.
