The StudioKing SK-BD550 opens the door to stunning portrait photography. This 55-centimeter silver beauty dish not only offers an elegant look but also enhances the quality of your photos. Its unique design spreads light widely and creates contrast, making facial details like skin tones and muscle definition truly stand out. Compared to a white version, this silver beauty dish brings those details even more vividly to life.
Key Features of the StudioKing SK-BD550
- Silver finish highlights details better than a white version
- Includes a honeycomb grid for precise light control
- Diffuser fabric for soft light distribution
- Compatible with various flash brands
- Lightweight and easy to use
The reflector sits inside the beauty dish, held by three sturdy rods. This setup ensures optimal light reflection and even spread. The honeycomb grid lets you direct the flash light, while the diffuser fabric creates smooth, soft illumination. This beauty dish fits multiple flash brands using adapter rings, which are sold separately. Please note, adapter rings are not included by default.
Adapter rings give you the flexibility to connect the StudioKing beauty dish to different flash units. Whether you use Bowens, Broncolor, Elinchrom, Falcon Eyes, Hensel, Multiblitz, or Linkstar, you’ll find the right optional adapter ring in the accessories. This adaptability helps you save money by avoiding costly brand-specific gear.
